* Honorarium price does not include expenses for
travel, lodging and food. Add to this cost the
following:
Travel (usually we drive)

plane tickets or $0.55/mile RV fee (no hotel unless we're flying in)......................................................................$50/day ($60 food allowance/day for family of 6)....................................................................$60/day **child care provided by your church for Esther-Noel (2) and our new baby during our program. Graham Abigail and Joy are almost always a part of the program--along with Kathy and Nathan. |
